MCSA Windows Server 2016

The MCSA Windows Server 2016 Training and Certification Course is an intermediate level certification that enables candidates to monitor and manage Windows Server 2016 operating system, client-server structure, network infrastructure, virtualization, domain management and security implementation, among others. The course provides a variety of hands-on lab training and allows students to control and manage multiple servers and clients simultaneously. This course is the first step towards your path to becoming a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).

 

Students will learn installation, storage, and compute functionalities available in Windows Server 2016. Exercises include performing general installation tasks, including installing and configuring Nano Server, as well as creating and managing images for deployment. Students should have experience with local and server storage solutions including the configuration of disks and volumes, Data Deduplication, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Storage Spaces Direct, and Failover Clustering solutions. They should also be familiar with managing Hyper-V and Containers as well as maintaining and monitoring servers in physical and compute environments.

Students also perform tasks related to the networking features and functionalities available in Windows Server 2016. They should have familiarity with implementing and managing DNS, DHCP, and IPAM, as well as deploying remote access solutions such as VPN and RADIUS. They will manage identities using the functionalities in Windows Server 2016.
